Our Work Together
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and centered on each person’s unique needs. I meet each person where they are and draw from a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths Based Therapy, Play Therapy when it is developmentally appropriate, and other evidence based approaches. I work from a strengths based perspective that helps individuals build resilience, confidence, and a secure sense of self. Creating a safe and supportive environment is at the heart of my work, and I partner with important supports in a client’s life such as family members, caregivers, or other professionals when it aligns with the client’s goals.

My priority throughout the therapeutic process is genuine connection rather than pressure. Whether you express yourself through conversation, reflection, or by taking time to settle in at your own pace, I meet you exactly where you are. I use a warm and collaborative approach to understand your experiences and to explore what forms of support will serve you best. As we work together, you can expect to feel heard, understood, and supported in developing a meaningful path forward both inside and outside the therapy space.
